- Peter Young RIBA graduated from the prestigious School of Architecture at Manchester University in 1968 and immediately began to work for his father, learning how to manage a successful family architectural practice.
- He moved on to work as a Consultant Architect with Lambeth City Council, London in the 70's. Here he developed an in-depth understanding of the needs and idiosyncrasies of a busy suburban planning department.
- America beckoned when the multinational Bechtel Corporation offered Peter a position in Texas working as Assistant Lead Project Architect.
- 2 Years later Peter returned to England with the intention of following in his father's footsteps and founded a small, family run architectural practice specialising is obtaining difficult planning consents, often in green belt area or to listed buildings.
